Couples Therapy

Couples therapy for increased connection

People in good relationships are happier, healthier, and have longer lifespans. When relationships are troubled, they become a huge source of distress.

There may be unresolved fights – about chores, money, or priorities. Or it may move beyond to shutdown and avoidance.

It’s so common for us to get stuck in negative cycles that leave us demoralized.

Relationships change and we don’t know how to get back to the good times.

That’s my expertise. I help take the confusion out of what is going wrong in your relationship and get things going right again.

I’ve helped hundreds of people and over many years have taken many trainings. I can show you how and where communication breaks down, how the disconnection happens, show you your unconscious behavioral patterns, and most importantly, bring change.

Together we can sort out conflicts so you both feel understood. I’ll guide you towards healthy and respectful communication to help restore trust. And I’ll help you re-establish your shared connection so you can feel close.

Couples counseling can help you and your partner:

  • stop the cycle of arguing
  • communicate effectively
  • gain clarity about the relationship
  • deepen your connection and intimacy
