Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a therapeutic modality that works by connecting lightly with the subconscious to bring about change. A therapist needs to be in direct contact with a person to be able to appropriately attune to the person and their environment.

The recording below is a general sample incorporating some hypnosis techniques that can help induce relaxation.

I suggest adjusting the volume before you start to mid-level, and find a comfortable seat.
